Marquez is number one Repsol Media

Marc Marquez is not the kind of man to rest on his laurels. With a victory at Le Mans behind him and a home turf battle at Catalunya ahead, he's training non-stop to make sure he's in peak condition...

It's been over a week since I stood at the top of the podium at the French Grand Prix and there are still another two weeks to go before I get to race again at the Spanish GP in Catalunya. You may wonder what I get up to when there's a gap of three weeks between races, well it's not all rest and relaxation I can tell you.

I'm currently in Cervera and taking advantage of all this time to make sure I'm fit for the races ahead - it's important to be in top shape for my home GP. What's more, the calendar of races ahead is very tight so it's vital that we take advantage of the time we've been given to get in as much training as possible.

We know that to make things go as well as they did at Le Mans you have to keep up the hard work and always try to improve your performance.

Moto2 is a very competitive category and it's so important to be at one hundred percent in every race. Next week, the team and I will get to work to get the bike ready for the challenges ahead.

Un abrazo a todos,

Marc
